Apartment on the ground floor - 1 kitchen /living room and 1 bedroom (4 beds).
Fully-equipped apartment located in the same building. Can accommodate 2-4 people. It has a surface of 45 sq.m. Living room with built-in kitchenette equipped with a gas cooker, kitchen sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and other kitchen equipment. Seating for 4 people, TV set and a hi-fi.
Bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. The windows of both rooms look out upon the garden.

Newly refurbished fully-equipped apartment located in the same building. Can accommodate 2-3 people. It has a surface of 28 sq.m. One living/bed room with built-in kitchenette equipped with an electric cooker, kitchen sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and other kitchen equipment. Seating for 3 people, TV set and a hi-fi.
The apartment has gas heating, safe, private bathroom with shower. The windows look out upon the garden.
Apartment A4
Very large penthouse apartment - 2 bedrooms and one large living room with fireplace, kitchen and another double bed (6 beds alltogether).
Very large (surface approx. 200m2) fully-equipped penthouse apartment located on the fifth floor of the building - there is no elevator in the house. The apartment has been tastefully reconstructed. It can comfortably accommodate six people.
The main part of the apartment is a very large living - bed - dinning room conneceted with the kitchen. You can find here also a sitting area with comfortable couches, fireplace and a TV set with satellite reception, video recorder, hifi set etc... The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, electric cooker, kitchen sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle.
The apartment has also two separed bedrooms with double beds, one large bathroom and toilet, second toilet and an entry hallway. The apartment has central gas heating built-in in the tilled floors.
Another advantage of the apartment is a private terrace with view over the Nusle valley and the Congress Centre (which is just accross the valley). The bathroom is also very large and is equipped with both bathtub and shower.
